🕉️ Detox Program Schedule (14 Nights / 15 Days)

Day 1–3:

• Morning: Abhyangam (full-body massage) with Ela Kizhi (leaf bolus therapy)
• Evening: Inhalation and Nasyam (nasal drops) – detoxification through the nasal passage

Day 4–10:

• Pizhichil (therapeutic oil bath)
• Shiro Thaila Dhara (streaming of medicated oil over the forehead)

Day 11:

• Virechanam (purgation therapy – Panchakarma)
• Takra Dhara (medicated buttermilk stream over forehead) begins

Day 12–14:

• Morning: Abhyangam with Njavara Kizhi (herbal rice bolus massage)
• Afternoon:
  • Day 12 & 13: Sneha Vasthi (medicated oil enema)
  • Day 14: Kashaya Vasthi (herbal decoction enema)

Day 15:

• Final session with Abhyangam and Sneha Vasthi
